We’re seeking an experienced Manager - Building Systems & Compliance to take ownership of critical building systems, compliance and safety outcomes across our sites. This is a senior leadership role for a facilities, construction or building services professional who can confidently lead people, manage risk, and deliver compliant, high-performing environments, today and into the future.
Note: This role is a 12 month fixed term opportunity
About the Role
You’ll lead the Building Systems & Compliance function, ensuring all building services and works are compliant, fit for purpose and optimised for long-term performance.
You’ll provide strategic oversight across essential services, technical systems, contractors and budgets, while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to support safe, reliable learning environments for staff and students.
This role blends strategy, compliance, commercial operations and people leadership - with real influence across a large, multi-site organisation.
